Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · 26 October 2026

TL;DR

  • → These terms cover this website, every engine, and the app that connects a business's Google and Meta accounts.
  • → Connect only accounts you own or manage. We use them only for your business, and you can disconnect at any time.
  • → Use the platform lawfully: no spam, nothing misleading, nothing you don't have the right to use.
  • → Your data is yours. We never sell it. A paid engine is also covered by the Licence.

01About these terms

These terms cover enquire.page, every Enquire Engine (the pages, forms and dashboards at yourname.enquire.page or on a business's own domain), and the Enquire Engine app that connects a business's Google and Meta accounts to its engine. They are offered by Koala Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 39 614 832 450, ACN 614 832 450), Australia, which is "we" in these terms.

By using the website, an engine or the Enquire Engine app, you agree to these terms. A business that holds an Enquire Engine Licence is also bound by the Licence; where the two differ, the Licence applies to that business's engine.

02The service

The Enquire Engine is a platform for local businesses: hosted enquiry pages, forms, alerts, visit and ad tracking, and a dashboard that shows the business its enquiries and results in one place.

People who visit an engine or send an enquiry through it are dealing with the business that owns that engine. The business is responsible for its offers, prices, pages and replies; we run the platform for it.

03Connecting Google and Meta accounts

A business can connect its Google Ads account, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account to its engine. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and by connecting one you authorise us to access it on that business's behalf.

We use that access only to show the business its results in its dashboard and reports, and to create, change or pause its ads and budgets when the business asks us to. How we handle that data, including Google's Limited Use requirements, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You can disconnect at any time, from your Google or Meta account settings or by asking us; Data deletion explains how. Your use of Google and Meta products also remains subject to their own terms and policies.

05Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes. Don't use it to send spam; to collect personal information people haven't agreed to give; to publish anything unlawful, misleading or that you don't have the right to use; to break Google's or Meta's advertising policies; or to interfere with, probe or overload the platform.

We may suspend an engine or a connection that breaks these rules, and will tell the business why.

06Your content and data

A business's enquiries, customer data, ad accounts, brand, photos and words remain the business's. It gives us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run its engine.

We don't sell anyone's data, and we never use data from Google or Meta to advertise to anyone or for any other business.

07Our platform

The Enquire Engine's software, templates, design and infrastructure belong to us and are licensed, not sold. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or sublicense them.

08Other services

The platform relies on providers such as Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Google and Meta. Their outages or changes can affect the service, and we're not responsible for their products. Ad spend is paid by the business directly to Google, Meta or any other ad platform.

09Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service available at all times and fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can, but there may be planned maintenance or outages we can't control. We may improve or change features; we tell Licence holders before any change that reduces what their Licence includes.

10No guarantee of results

The service captures and reports enquiries and ad results. How many enquiries, jobs or sales a business gets depends on its offers, prices, budgets, market and follow-up, and we don't guarantee any particular result.

11Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, our total liability is limited to the fees the business paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profits or lost jobs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

12Ending

You can stop using the service, and disconnect your Google and Meta accounts, at any time. A Licence ends as the Licence sets out. We may end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. When access ends, we stop accessing connected accounts, and data is exported and deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

13Changes, law and contact

If these terms change, the new version is published here with its date, and Licence holders are told of any material change. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
