Data Deletion

01If you sent an enquiry

Ask the business you sent it to, or write to bach@koaladigital.com.au with the business's name, the email or phone number you used, and roughly when you sent it. We delete the enquiry and the visit records tied to it, and confirm by email within 30 days.

02If you are a business with an engine

To have all your data deleted (enquiries, visit records, ad results and connection records), write to bach@koaladigital.com.au from the email on your Licence. We send you an export first if you want one, delete everything, and confirm by email within 30 days.

03Disconnecting Google

Remove the Enquire Engine's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or remove our manager account's access in Google Ads (Admin → Access and security → Managers). The engine then stops reading or changing your Google accounts; the history already in your dashboard stays until you ask us to delete it.

To have the Google data we hold deleted as well (the daily ad spend, the connection's status and its keys), write to bach@koaladigital.com.au. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. It is also deleted when your Licence ends.

04Disconnecting Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

In Meta Business Settings, under Partners, remove KoalaDigital's access to your ad account and Page. Or in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, and remove the Enquire Engine. The engine then stops reading or changing your Meta accounts; to delete what it already holds, write to us as above.
